According to a New York Daily News profile on people who splurge their money to get the latest and greatest, this guy living in Manhattan says that he's constantly upgrading his wireless equipment and spends a pile of money in the process. Examples include his upgrading his Tungsten C because he wants something good for texting and for recording people on his phone. (NOT a good idea to mention that in a daily newspaper!) In addition, he says his "life will be improved" once he purchases a universal converter and a PlayStation Portable. (Our friend may need to get out a little more.)
